Due to dealer restrictions beyond our control ALL bicycles are Click and Collect only!

Spend $99 or more and receive FREE SHIPPING on all orders that fit in an XL AusPost bag (Extra large MyPost Business flat rate satchels measure approximately 510 x 440mm and are designed for items weighing up to 5kg).  Bulky items that don't fit in these bags will attract additional shipping.

We do not ship Large items, these are items such as, pannier racks, wheels, car racks, baby seats & trailers, indoor trainers & wheels. 

WARRANTY POLICY

If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, we will facilitate this for you through the manufacturer or the supplier provided it meets conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. Please note faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued - Manufacturer’s warranty is a fault caused in the manufacturing process and not covered on wear and tear. We will keep you informed as the issue progresses.

RETURN POLICY

Provided all items are in the original re-saleable condition and packaging. We will happily offer an exchange or refund items that arrived damaged or are not as described within 15 days of delivery, and you have informed us of this within this period.  When exchanging goods due to sizing, the freight costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser (Online purchases).

Termination fee’s apply (administration & restocking fee’s = 20% of product price )

Please choose carefully as no refunds will be given for change on mind, do not like the goods, have no use for the goods or found the goods cheaper elsewhere - as stated on page 11 in the ACCC warranties and refunds guide.

LAYBY POLICIES

We offer 2 week Layby’s only, we are however happy to store your  purchase free of charge for 3months. When making a Layby with us we require a 20% non-refundable deposit, full payment is due within 2 weeks of the initial deposit.
