Please choose carefully as no refunds will be given for change on mind, do not like the goods, have no use for the goods or found the goods cheaper elsewhere - as stated in the ACCC warranties and refunds guide.
Provided all items are in the original re-saleable condition and packaging. we will happily offer an exchange or refund items purchased that arrived damaged or not as described within 15 days of original purchase, and you have informed us of this within this period.
When exchanging goods due to sizing, the freight costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, we will facilitate this for you through the manufacturer or the supplier provided it meets conditions of the manufacturers warranty. Please note faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued - Manufacturers warranty is a fault caused in the manufacturing process and not covered on wear and tear. We will keep you informed as the issue progresses.
